To bloom is to thrive in all aspects of your life. You have an innate desire to thrive that comes from the very center of your being. However, you may have experienced trauma or events in your life that have negatively affected your ability to thrive.

We can carry so much trauma, grief, anger, fear, depression and anxiety, among many other negative emotions and energies that help form our beliefs, programs, patterns and ways of operating in the world, that we may just be trying to survive. It is possible to be so lost that you may not know who you really are, what you want, or even what you need to thrive. Through a variety of energy healing modalities, including quantum healing, I can work with almost any issue and help you heal physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, to create the positive change in your life you desire, that the core of your being longs for, so that you can bloom.

I am certified in Quantum Healing, Healing Remembered, Emotion Code, Body Code, Belief Code and Hypnotherapy, and began with certification in Healing Touch. It is not a single modality that is important, or multiple certifications, it is the ability to put it all together, drawing upon all the knowledge and experience, to intuitively guide the most effective session for you.

Everyone has a story that has brought them where they are now. My story is one of first becoming aware of and then stepping out of unhealthy family dynamics and people pleasing into self-discovery and empowerment. Discovering and remembering who I am, finding my voice, and enjoying the lifelong process of learning, healing, growing, evolving, and stepping into my power and out into the world.
