Energy Healing

"Energy healing seeks to restore balance and harmony to your energy field, activating your innate healing ability, and allowing your body to remember how to heal."
Energy healing has its roots in ancient forms of medicine, such as traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, and ayurveda, that are based on the concept that vital energy called qi, chi, or prana, flows through the body, and when there is an imbalance, block or stress, then disease and illness may result.
The goal of energy healing is to restore the flow and balance of this vital energy to best support healing.
I believe that physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health is formed and informed by energies in the energy field, and any imbalances and blocks can contribute to and manifest as physical illness, dis-ease, mental and emotional issues, and unhealthy, limiting and self-sabotaging ways of operating in the world.
I work to restore balance and harmony by identifying and releasing energies in the energy field and the subconscious that are blocking or interfering with optimal health and wellbeing. These energies include and are not limited to:
- Energies such as trapped negative emotions that were not able to be processed, and were instead suppressed or repressed.
- Traumatic, stressful or negative experiences.
- Limiting beliefs and programs
- Suggestions and beliefs from others that you absorbed or inherited.
- Energies that don’t belong to you that are affecting you, such as offensive energy from others.
- Energetic cords to others that are draining your energy, and many more.
My goal is to discover, release and resolve these energies at the origin of the issue so that true healing can occur.
Energy Healing can help with many issues, including:
- Physical illness and dis-ease
- Chronic pain and unexplainable pain
- Depression and anxiety
- PTSD and trauma
- Relationship issues
- Low self-worth and lack of confidence
- Lack of self-love
- Inability to experience joy
- Financial Issues and lack of success
- Sleep issues
- Public speaking
- Accomplishing goals
- Inhibitions, suppression, repression and fear
- Addictive behavior
- Bedwetting
- Pet issues, behavioral emotional or health related
- Other issues you would like to resolve
- Feelings you would like to release
- Triggers
When you are triggered ask yourself, “What wound do I have that allows that?” Your triggers are letting you know what you need to heal.
I discovered energy healing on my journey to heal myself. I first experienced and then became trained in what resonated most with me, what I was passionate about, and what I found to be most successful, effective and beneficial for my clients. I began with Healing Touch and soon after discovered Hypnotherapy and Regression Therapy. I loved facilitating hypnotherapy, however, while effective for some, it did not work for everyone and was very time consuming. When I was introduced to the Emotion Code and Body Code, I noticed immediate positive changes, and loved that it works with anyone, anywhere, even infants and animals. I soon immersed myself and became certified in both modalities, later followed by the Belief Code.
When I discovered Healing Remembered, I realized it was complementary to the Body Code and Belief Code and would make my work even more effective. I feel that Healing Remembered expands upon the Body Code in areas that are not only important, but critical, for true healing. Together these modalities form a comprehensive database with which to work.
Quantum Healing is the “quantum leap” that makes all the work exponentially more effective. Tapping into the quantum field of endless possibilities and potentialities to facilitate healing and manifest positive change is infinitely powerful and enables me to help even more people.
Quantum Healing is an integral part of how I work now, and requires that I work with myself before I can work with my clients. I must be able to hold the energy for activating the intentions the client desires and be able to activate the intention 100% effectively. It is the only modality I have trained in that emphasizes the importance of doing our own inner work first, so that we can best help our clients.
It is important to me to do what I have found most effective and will benefit my clients the most. It is also important to me to become the most effective practitioner I can be. That said, there is no one right way and no one right practitioner. Just as I go where I am drawn and with what resonates to me, you too must follow your heart and listen to what resonates with you.
Healing can be subtle or dramatic. It is possible to experience profound shifts overnight, or subtle shifts over time. I have witnessed both the subtle and profound, and experienced them. In my experience, issues that have been with you for decades seldom resolve in a day, or even a week. It is a journey, and it is important to remember that and honor the process and yourself. Remembering to give gratitude to yourself and where you are on your journey today.
